Cooking surface has 6 sealed burners with a total output of 83,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering melting chocolate or cooking sauces, 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, Contiuous cast iron grates allowmaximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. This 5.36 cu.ft. true convection fan oven has an impressive blue enamel interior, allowing for easy cleaning. The 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. This oven also boasts a total output of 6,300 Watts, providing plenty of power for baking, roasting, and broiling. Included are 2 fully telescopic easy access stainless steel oven racks, concave Wok Ring and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. The 6125 series is limited distribution. All FORNO products come with a 2 year warranty.
